Processing & Shipping

After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. All of our items are made to order so please allow 7-10  business days for processing.

Although, we try to process orders quicker than this time frame, we ask that you allow the full 7-10 days for processing.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any questions/concerns please feel to send us a email. 

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly. There CANNOT be any address or size after your order is placed, so we ask that you please double check your order before checking out.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/delays in shipping due to USPS.

Holiday Orders 

Due to a high volume of orders, we ask that you allow 10-14 business days for processing of all Black Friday orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to reach out.


House of Para unfortunately does not accept any returns nor do we offer refunds.

All sales are final and we want you to be happy with your order, so please be sure to review the sizing chart before placing an order. If you have any questions, we are more than happy to assist.


 We will happily exchange an item if we are at fault. Items will be exchanged for the same size and style. You have 7 days after receiving your order to notify us of any issues with your order.

Orders placed cannot be cancelled. Once your order is placed, processing begins. We will not be able to  cancel orders for any reason.

Our sweatshirts are unisex, so we suggest sizing down. If you have any questions about sizing, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist.
