Processing & Shipping

Most of our items are made to order just for you, so we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for the processing of all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

In the event you need an order expedited/overnighted, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders will be processed within 7-10 business days, with exception to the following items:

Returns and Exchanges

House of Para does not accept any exchanges or returns.

All sales are final and we want you to be happy with your order, so please be sure to review the sizing chart before placing an order. If you have any questions around sizing, we are more than happy to assist.

We will happily exchange an item if we are at fault. Items will be exchanged for the same size and style. You have 7 days after receiving your order to notify us of any issues with your order. If you run into any issues with your item please send us an email at thehouseofpara@gmail.com.

Once your order is placed, processing begins. We will not be able to cancel orders for any reason.

Sizing

Please refer to our sizing chart on our "sizing" tab to view all sizes for our items.

Our sweatshirts are unisex, so we suggest sizing down. If you have any questions about sizing, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist.
