All of our items are made to order so please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
If you are ordering sweatshirts in the summer, please allow 10-14 business days.
Please note, we try to process orders quicker than this time frame, but we ask that you allow full time for processing. If you have any questions/concerns please feel to send us a email.
After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses. There CANNOT be any changes towards addresses or sizing once your order is placed, so please double check before checking out.
House of Para is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to USPS.
House of Para is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
House of Para unfortunately does not accept any returns nor do we offer refunds.
All sales are final and we want you to be happy with your order, so please be sure to review the sizing before placing an order. We will exchange an item if we are at fault. Items will be exchanged for the same size and style.
You have 7 days after receiving your order to notify us of any issues with your order.

Orders CANNOT be cancelled. Once your order is placed, processing begins. We CANNOT cancel orders for ANY reason.

Our sweatshirts are unisex, so we suggest sizing down. If you have any questions about sizing, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist.
